Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering and Data roles, managing the full lifecycle from intake through offer closure across multiple seniority levels. Act as a player-coach by directly managing and developing a Senior Recruiter while maintaining personal requisition ownership. Build and execute long-term hiring strategies, including proactive pipeline development for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles. Partner closely with Engineering and Data leadership to align on hiring needs, influence decisions, and ensure hiring process quality and consistency. Use recruiting analytics, funnel metrics, and hiring outcomes to identify bottlenecks, diagnose issues, and implement process improvements. Lead offer strategy and negotiation processes, advising stakeholders on market trends and competitive compensation positioning. Contribute to the adoption of AI-driven recruiting tools and methodologies to improve sourcing, screening, and evaluation efficiency. Requirements: 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on Engineering and/or Data hiring. 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, including coaching, performance management, and workload prioritization. Proven success partnering with senior technical leaders and influencing hiring strategy through data and market insights. Strong expertise in structured interviewing, hiring frameworks, and end-to-end recruiting process design. Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations and close senior technical talent in competitive markets. Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive measurable improvements. Hands-on experience using AI tools within recruiting workflows, with a clear understanding of where they create leverage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
