Must Have
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency, At least 8 years of experience in Technical recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience, At least 4 years of experience managing direct reports
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing, At least 3 years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams, Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment, Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent, Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions
Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs

Team & Collaboration
In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process; provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams; participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience; consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
