Mission We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to be the driving force behind hiring the technical talent that powers our go-to-market engine across India — Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and the broader Field Engineering org. These are the people who sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, turn the world's hardest data and AI problems into production reality, and make Databricks impossible to compete against. You'll own full-cycle hiring for some of the most sought-after profiles in the market, partnering directly with Field Engineering leadership to build teams that don't yet exist. Activate and engage passive, hard-to-reach technical talent — the builders and problem-solvers who aren't actively looking but are exactly who we need. Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines that can keep pace with aggressive hiring goals and our continued APJ expansion.
