Senior Recruiter & Business Development Executive Dimensional Search builds high-performance search businesses designed for producers who want to own outcomes, drive revenue, and help shape something from the ground up. As early-stage firms, they are focused on creating scalable, modern recruiting businesses and we’re seeking a business development–driven recruiter or sales professional who thrives in a build environment and wants to play a key role in that growth.
