Position Summary Sustainable Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring initiatives within our Energy division, focused on accelerating U. S. energy independence through advanced energy storage and manufacturing technologies. This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical recruiting background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR teams to develop talent strategies, drive hiring execution, and build robust pipelines for critical positions. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
