Must Have
4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, Experience in handling bulk/lateral/technical hiring, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, communication and interpersonal skills, Negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, Knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS systems, Problem-solving and decision-making ability, Attention to detail and organizational skills

Conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Collect structured feedback
Manage salary negotiations
Prepare and roll out offer letters
Handle counter-offers
Ensure smooth pre-joining engagement
Coordinate documentation
Coordinate background verification
Work with HR/operations teams
Provide regular hiring updates
Track and report recruitment metrics
Maintain accurate data in ATS
Improve recruitment processes
Promote organization through campaigns
