ABOUT THE POSITION EarnIn’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Bengaluru, India-based Sr Technical Sourcing Recruiter to help expand our growing center of excellence in the region. This position will focus on hiring technical talent for our Bengaluru office and will partner closely with our local engineering teams. The role will involve sourcing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines. It will be essential to operate efficiently within our TA systems, follow all processes/policies and compliance regulations, and serve as a source of knowledge for the team on the hiring market. A deep understanding of the technical talent market in India is critical, as is strong sourcing for senior-level technical talent. This position will be hybrid from our Bengaluru office, as part of our expanding site, with two days a week in our HSR Layout office.
