Bachelor's degree, 4+ years HR experience, Experience with HR processes and systems, Experience with KPIs and SLAs, Experience with analytical tools, 4+ years benefits program development, 4+ years equity compensation administration, 4+ years benefits service delivery, Deep knowledge of employee benefit plans, Knowledge of plan administration complexities, Knowledge of associated payroll processes, Knowledge of general audit/reconciliation practices, Knowledge of regulatory requirements, Knowledge of program taxability
Nice to Have
Experience with process improvement, Experience with stakeholder management, Experience managing confidential information, Adherence to strict confidentiality standards, Experience in written communication, Experience in oral communication, Ability to communicate with all levels, Experience handling administrative details independently, Good judgment in keeping team members informed
