Must Have
3rd Level Degree/Diploma or relevant professional body membership, 5+ Years Senior Level experience managing property project teams, Fluent in English and Spanish, Verbal and written communications skills, Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Nice to Have
Proven success delivering large scale real estate developments across Europe, Experience with industrial real estate and land negotiations
What You'll Do.
Determine development time and cost provisions
Negotiate contractual arrangements with developer partners
Consider specification proposals with stakeholder teams
Resolve compromises and conflicts for contracts
Advise team members on Real Estate and Development
Act as Single Threaded Owner for developments
Develop and maintain a Development Business Plan
Prepare Monthly Development Reports
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
Identify and mitigate adverse time and cost impacts
Ensure delivery of development agreement terms
Work with internal stakeholders
Manage developer partner relationships and performance obligations
Keep leadership updated on development progress
Manage development obligations after property handover
Prepare Development Close Out Report
Review and act on lessons learned
