What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of recruiting experience, at least 4 years recruiting internally at a growth-stage startup, 4+ years of technical full-lifecycle recruiting for a variety of R&D role, particularly product, design and engineering, Proven experience managing VP+ hiring partner relationships as the primary recruiting point of contact, Track record of using recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve hiring process quality and assessment rigor, Experience closing candidates, articulating pre-IPO equity, and presenting competitive total compensation packages
