Must Have
problem-solving, risk assessment, impact analysis, multitask, prioritize competing demands/workload, Excellent oral and written communication skills, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree with a life sciences discipline, 1-3 years in the pharmaceuticaliotech/medical device industry or quality assurance in a GxP environment

Support and manage quality systems
Serve as quality point of contact for clients
Represent client quality needs internally
Coordinate resolution of client quality issues
Facilitate investigations
accurate responses to client inquiries
Track client comments and actions
Serve as quality contact for client audits
Prepare quality system documentation and data
Coordinate internal responses to client audit observations
Influence outcomes through expertise
Escalate quality risks to leadership
