What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, 6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, 5+ years of practice experience with statistical quality program management, Familiar with NPI cycles, Familiar with Product Development Process for consumer electronics industry, Good understanding of electronic assembly processes, Ability to deliver solutions to complex problems, Solid understanding and demonstrated success with practical applications of Lean / Six Sigma tools, Technical knowledge of conducting process audits, Formulating plans to drive continual quality improvements, Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for quality applications, Practical use of LLM tools, Excellent program management ability, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
Nice to Have
Master's degree in electrical engineering, Master's degree in computer engineering, Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, Six Sigma Greenlack belt, ASQ CQE/M/A certifications, Knowledge of technology principles and services
