What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Good understanding of semiconductor industry and in semiconductor modules including SPS for AI/data center application, Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (wafer fab, assembly – both IC and module -, test), knowledge on industry quality, reliability standards, and qualification methodologies (i. e. modules, SiP), Experience with failure analysis workflows and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis), analytical and structured problem-solving mindset, Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities, Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment, Written and verbal English is mandatory, Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice, Self-motivated and business service minded, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills, 5+ years of experience

Ensuring quality and reliability performance of products
Performing best in class Product Qualification
Reliability Monitoring through ORT
Driving robust product quality
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Attending related Milestones Meetings
and reviewing Qualification
and implementing suitable stress tests
Ensuring product compliance with internal specifications
customer requirements
and applicable standards
Communicating qualification plans and data with customer
Participating in risk assessments
Ensuring mitigation actions are implemented and validated
Reviewing qualification test results
Providing quality approval for production release or change management
Generating and publishing qualification reports
Handling the resolution for qualification related issues
Coordinating failure analysis for qualification failures
Defining and implementing measures to achieve high product robustness
Highlighting potential criticalities and risks on the success of qualifications
Ensuring lessons learned from product quality issues are systematically fed back into design and process improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works cross-functionally with Design, Test, Manufacturing, Reliability Labs, FA Labs, and Customer/Supplier Quality; Communicate qualification plans and data with customer (Silicon, Package and Board Level); Participate in risk assessments (e.g., DFMEA) and ensure mitigation actions are implemented and validated; Define and implement measures jointly with related teams to achieve high product robustness; Ability to work with cross-functional teams
