JOB SUMMARY The Quality Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence by evaluating processes, uncovering inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable, data-driven improvements. Partnering closely with teams across the organization, this role applies Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce costs, strengthen quality, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. ### JOB DUTIES * Leads advanced analysis efforts across the organization, identifying systemic trends and translating complex data into strategic improvement plans. * Owns the development, implementation, and governance of quality assurance standards and continuous improvement frameworks.
