We're growing our QA team and looking for a Senior QA Engineer to partner closely on quality across our integrated platform and our expanding portfolio of AI-powered workflows. Our underwriting, servicing, and customer operations all flow through Salesforce and a connected ecosystem of internal services and increasingly, LLM-driven features that require a different kind of rigor to test well. This is a unique opportunity to partner in shaping QA strategy, implement modern automation frameworks using AI-powered tools, and build a culture of quality in a fast-paced fintech environment. You'll be instrumental in transforming our manual testing processes into a comprehensive automation suite while ensuring the reliability and security our customers depend on. We need someone who thinks in frameworks, pipelines, and repeatable systems rather than manual regression checklists. You'll have real influence on tooling, standards, and process as the team grows.   WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design and maintain automated end tests for our ecosystem of internal and external systems - Build evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features, defining what "good output" means, catching regressions in prompt behavior, and testing the non-determinism that comes with generative AI - Partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines so quality signals surface early, not at release time - Contribute to a growing quality culture, sharing testing practices with engineers, weighing in on architectural decisions,
