What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years of prior work experience in QA Automation, 3+ years of experience in UI automation testing using tools like Playwright or similar frameworks, Proven experience working with complex, multi-module applications and architectures, Experience leading test automation initiatives and mentoring junior team members, Applied knowledge of enterprise-level software testing methodologies and best practices, Experience developing and implementing test strategies across multiple projects and teams, Advanced expertise in automating tests for complex web applications using Playwright, Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining robust test frameworks with Page Object Model architecture, Skilled in testing RESTful services and GraphQL APIs, communication and teamwork skills, Applied knowledge of software testing methodologies, Ability to troubleshoot complex testing issues, Excellent documentation skills
Nice to Have
Industry-recognized certifications in software testing (ISTQB, ASTQB, etc.), Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or similar frameworks, Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, Experience with mobile test automation frameworks like Appium or similar frameworks, Experience with performance monitoring and APM tools, Understanding of performance testing methodologies
