3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL knowledge, Define program requirements, Use data and metrics to determine improvements, Python scripting language knowledge
