Must Have
Bachelor's degree with preference for 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with preference for 6+ years of related work experience, Multiple years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated, global, or data‑driven environment, with demonstrated ownership from planning through delivery, Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders, including setting scope, managing interdependencies, surfacing risks, and enabling decision‑making without direct authority, Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on budget management, expense tracking, and financial governance for cross‑functional initiatives, Hands‑on experience applying structured continuous improvement, Lean or enterprise operating system methodologies, such as the Danaher Business System
