Must Have
Minimum of 5 years as a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master, planning and executing on high complexity, large scale technology projects / programs, Highly proficient in project scheduling and risk-based planning, scope change management, budgeting and project costs management, relationship management, resource leveling, risk management, conflict resolution, Lead KPI / success metric creation, tracking / reporting, trend analysis, issues resolution and escalation, Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deliver an impactful story that resonates and engages key stakeholders at all excellent data visualization skills, Excellent executive presence, with the ability to effectively communicate project / portfolio health and financial performance to senior leaders, surfacing risks/issues that require leadership attention / support to mitigate, Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies driving application development experience in SDLC, attention to detail and business acumen / organizational awareness, project governance, costing and contract negotiation, Advanced skills in standard project management tools: MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project / Planner, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Project Management/Scrum Master certificate/training, Previous experience in delivering large Workday, SAP HR programs/initiatives, Knowledge of HR, incentive compensation management and related technologies, Process automation experience and awareness of AI capabilities for project management activities/tasks, Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices and methodology, Experience in HR system delivery, Workforce Strategy or Organizational Behavior experience
What You'll Do.
Drive the delivery of HR programs/projects and System Change Requests / enhancements for Incentive Compensation / Payroll
Support BMCC and Procurement AppDev initiatives
Drive the project through the end-to-end SDLC in adherence to the Enterprise Project Management Framework and Agile Management Framework
Drive rigor and simplicity in project health routines
ensuring project status reports are up to date and accurate including financials
risks and key decisions etc.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with partners from across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions; Partner with the Director of the PMO and peer group to evolve a best-in-class community of practice; Collaborate within the PMO team, HR PMO, EPMO, Project Risk Governance and cross-enterprise stakeholders to evolve standard project management tools, templates and practices / routines
