## Description About the Role   We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of complex water and wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.   This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a high-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects, from planning to closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle. Provide mentorship, leadership, and guidance to project teams. Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and client satisfaction. ## Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing water and/or wastewater plant construction projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process systems, civil/structural works, and mechanical/electrical installations. Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build, etc.). Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
