5+ years of experience in project management, Demonstrated success in working on multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines, proficiency in developing project designs, work plans, budgets, and schedules, Project management expertise with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, Ability to engage, collaborate, and facilitate with customers, internal and external teams, and stakeholders, Possess the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%)
Nice to Have
PMP, PMI, Prosci, or other related certifications, Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, and/or Salesforce, Knowledge of GIS/Esri products

Overview As a Sr. Project Manager on Esri’s Digital Experience team, you apply project management knowledge and skills to manage complex marketing projects and change initiatives. You gather project requirements and manage the scope, schedule, and budget as needed to successfully move initiatives forward and complete required deliverables. You are an effective communicator and collaborate closely with project contributors. You ensure that stakeholders are clear on expectations and receive project updates in a timely manner. Leveraging your strong business acumen, you effectively align project work to business priorities. Responsibilities Manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Manage medium-to-large internal projects for Esri’s Corporate Marketing teams. Effectively balance multiple priorities to meet project milestones according to their deadlines. Communicate and collaborate. Build relationships cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and communicate necessary requirements and updates. Use strong project management skills to execute against deadlines and proactively communicate and influence changes. Drive Results.
