8+ years of experience, Professional experience leading IT projects, Understanding of Defense and Intel customer needs, Project management skills, Ability to evaluate business goals, Clearly communicate technical ideas, Proposal writing experience, Entrepreneurial attitude, US citizenship, Active TS Security Clearance, SCI eligibility, Bachelor's degree in GIS or STEM
Nice to Have
Experience with ArcGIS, Experience with location-based services, Experience with geo-enabled apps, Experience with spatial analysis, Experience with service-oriented architecture, Experience with cloud computing architecture, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Polygraph, Experience with Agile methodology, Master's degree in GIS or STEM
