## Accountabilities Oversee full lifecycle execution of construction services projects across the Western region, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. Provide regional leadership by managing Project Managers, Field Managers, and Project Coordinators, setting expectations, and driving accountability and performance excellence. Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, customer, and field-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Own regional financial performance, including margin control, forecasting accuracy, cost management, and change order approvals within authority limits. Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment with operational and sales teams. Drive process consistency, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across tools, reporting, and project management systems. Champion safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all job sites and field operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
