Experience executing Design - Build and Construction projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Experience executing projects on Government Owned Contractor Operated facilities, Experience in the design and construction of facilities that produce energetic materials, OSHA 30 for Construction certification, Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification from USACE, Willingness to relocate initially near Parsons Kingsport, TN Engineering Center of Excellence and potentially later to field assignments within the US DoD Organic Industrial Base or Commercial Client locations, Professional Engineer Certification
What You'll Do.
Provide direction and management for medium-sized projects
or several small projects
ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations
Responsible for the scope development
and commercial performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives
Plan and define program goals and devise methods to accomplish develop in-depth knowledge of client objectives
and corporate policies
Ensure that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans
Typically manages projects up to $100 million in total installed cost
and Construction projects up to $100M in Parsons Industrial Base Directorate
support Business Development of new projects for US DoD and Commercial clients
