Full Job Description

About the Role: Health-E Commerce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to build out a PMO (Project Management Office) and play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives to completion. This person will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of simultaneous customer projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to agreed standard and budget. You’ll work across all functions while reporting to the CTO. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond each day and has a pioneering, can-do attitude to help the business reach new heights. You’ll need to have a problem-solving mindset and not be afraid to ask questions and learn as you go. Project Management: Work cross-functionally to lead high-impact projects and initiatives forward as the key person driving them to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company objectives. These will include initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and other departments as required. Provide strategic support on a range of complex projects, advising, consulting, and supporting the Leadership Team and key internal and external business partners on strategic priorities. Provide feedback, advice, project updates, and encouragement to team members. Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness. Manage issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery Monitor progress and report on the status of key initiatives Create a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, working back from the customer enrolment date. Build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate effective decision-making by presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
