You will follow a formal Project Management Methodology, ensuring that thorough consideration is given from several perspectives including client experience, frontline user, efficiency and risk. You have the ability to plan and coordinate several concurrent independent and inter-dependent initiatives involving innovative approaches and a strategic orientation. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you’ll succeed** * **Project Management – You have experience in managing full project life cycle including** project initiation, planning, monitoring, controlling and closure in a business PMO. You are able to determine project goals/costs and manage the funding requests and the monthly budgets.
