What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree, 12 years related experience, managing projects with construction budgets of $70M, Capability of performing in a project management role for large or multiple projects, training project managers, client leadership and project team management capability for large or multiple projects, business acumen, Ability to perform as a leader of authority, with expert level knowledge, verbal and written communication skills, technical knowledge, coordination skills, ability to build a rapport with the project team and client, Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, other data management software
Nice to Have
Current Licensure, LEED certification, MS Project, Deltek Project Planning

Lead, develop and nurture a successful partnering relationship with our clients; Develop and maintain positive client relations; Communicate design, construction, and other issues to clients; Develop a Partnering relationship with the client; Ensure appropriate client and internal communication; Play a lead role in key meetings and presentations; Participate in Business Development activity; Partner with Marketing and Office Leadership; Work proactively with the client; Proactively communicate with and influence clients; Lead project teams, in conjunction with the client leadership; Collaborate effectively with all team members; Generate and support a positive team environment; Communicate client objectives to team members; Provide mentoring to team members; Be a proactive resource to project teams; Meet with project team members on a regular basis; Coordinate with the Project Architect; Coordinate with the Quality leader; Participate in negotiating the contract
