Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics), 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management, Exceptional customer focus, Demonstrated problem solver, Ability to navigate, influence and operate in a strongly matrixed global organization

What You'll Do.
Translate technical requirements into scheduled deliverables
Identify needed resources and manage engineering schedule
Ensure high quality of output for deliverables
Identify and resolve issues affecting engineering deliverables
Monitor and manage project/team performance
Contribute feedback for performance reviews
Deliver technical scope and supporting deliverables
Act as main point of contact for engineering deliverables
Ensure specifications for third-party components are followed
Provide Solutions Development input
Influence use of standard designs
Align with line managers on resources
Track engineering progress
Create technical project status reports
Support project manager in risk management
Lead technical reviews
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with the Project Manager; Work closely with the Project Manager & Change Management team; Represent the technical team to leadership and the customer; Liaise with ME/CE Leads as needed; Align with line managers about performance, skill set, and availability; Collaborate with Engineering, COE’s, Software, and third-party providers
Communication Scope
Superior communication; Excellent communication skills; Technical project reporting; Customer facing communication
Process & Methodology
Project engineering experience, Planning, Specification evaluation, Implementation, Engineering schedule management, Change management coordination, Risk management, Risk mitigation, Financial forecast, Schedule updates, EV (Earned Value) reporting
