Must Have
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, Advance Degree in a related field and 5 years experience, Experience using MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software, Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Experience evaluating critical path, Experience evaluating workflow, Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship
