Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to join the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Utility Services team. This role is instrumental to delivering against sustainability goals tied to fleet electrification. In this role, the Program Manager will lead engagement with electric utilities and energy companies across North America and manage projects to ensure successful site-energization. Key job responsibilities -Lead engagement with electric utilities and energy companies across North America and manage projects to ensure successful site-energization -Lead project execution across a region, delivering bar-raising results against applicable KPI -Critically assess development plans to identify blockers, analyze trade-off decisions, and escalate effectively -Develop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders -Manage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverables -Negotiate agreements and evaluate opportunities to reduce capital and operating expense Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 2+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience - Experience in utility-project execution, construction, or other related field Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
