We are looking for a good fit to join our Transportation Long Term Capacity Planning Team, part of the larger Supply Chain Team. This team plays a crucial role in strategically planning and executing Amazon's Transportation network topology over a 1-3 year horizon. As a Middle Mile Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of uniting cross-functional teams to evolve our network, continuously optimizing for cost, speed, and reliability while maintaining a strong customer focus. In this role, you will be responsible for developing capacity solutions that address both current and future demands, ensuring business continuity even through peak periods. Your work will directly contribute to our long-term strategy programs, preparing Amazon's logistics network for sustained growth while striking the delicate balance between delivery speed, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will leverage your expertise in long-term forecasting and capacity planning to make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our Middle Mile operations. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization.
