Are you excited to solve complex supply chain problems and shape the next generation of e-commerce logistics in India? Amazon India Supply Chain is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, strategic initiatives that improve how we design, scale, and optimize our logistics network. In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, analytics, and technology to build innovative supply chain solutions for the unique scale and complexity of the Indian market. You will lead cross-functional programs that improve network efficiency, unlock capacity, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance the customer experience across the fulfillment and transportation network. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical depth and structured problem solving, with experience in operations research, data science, network optimization, or large-scale analytics programs. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, translating insights into business decisions, and building models that guide supply chain planning and resource allocation. Given the rapid evolution of the Indian retail ecosystem, this role also requires a strong understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce dynamics, including network design, speed economics, inventory placement, and last-mile logistics innovations. This role will partner closely with operations, finance, product, and technology teams to design scalable supply chain solutions and deliver measurable impact on network performance. You will regularly interact with senior leadership to drive alignment, communicate insights, and influence strategic decisions.
