Retail Business Services (RBS) accelerates Amazon's growth by improving customer and Selling Partner experiences, while optimizing costs across Stores WW. The tech team in RBS develops automations and intelligence that leverages GenAI/Machine/Deep Learning to scale execution of these high complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills. We're seeking a Program Manager to drive GenAI automation initiatives within RBS. This role requires equal strength in product thinking and program management. You'll define roadmaps while managing delivery and launches. Partner with Engineering and Science teams to scale automation capabilities across Amazon's retail operations. You'll balance strategic product vision with execution excellence. We believe in “Work Hard. Have Fun.
