As a Sr. Program Manager in the Amazon Music Marketing & Growth Tech team, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, design, content producers and artist/label relation teams to deliver customer obsessed engineering solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies. You will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance the needs of the business. You will be the face to leadership to demonstrate progress and surface risks early. You should not only be passionate about delivering great music experiences, but should also be obsessed with driving continuous process improvements to optimize organizational effectiveness and product/experiment delivery.
