Must Have
6+ years of experience in program, product or project management, Experience owning program strategy, requirements, and end-to-end delivery, Data orientation: experience using metrics, dashboards, and deep dives to drive decisions, Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Experience presenting to senior leaders, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
Nice to Have
Experience presenting to senior leadership, Master's degree or MBA in Business or Technology, or a related field, Experience building or working closely with machine learning models, Experience with SQL, BI Tools (e. g. , Quicksight), and reporting frameworks, 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional or global programs, Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
