Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, 8–10 years of experience in program management, product management, digital transformation, or enterprise application delivery within federal or large-scale enterprise environments, Active Secret clearance required, Salesforce Administrator Certification required, PMP certification required, Must be local to the DMV area, Ability to support onsite requirements in Washington, DC

As Sr. Program Manager II, you’ll lead rapid digital transformation and application modernization initiatives supporting the OCIO. This role will oversee a high-performing team of AI-enabled developers, architects, and platform engineers focused on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that accelerate mission outcomes, streamline operations, and modernize legacy business processes. The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of product strategy, platform delivery, AI-enabled development, and executive stakeholder engagement, driving rapid delivery through Agile methodologies while leveraging emerging technologies to increase development velocity, improve quality, and reduce time-to-value.
