Amazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. The Supply Technology (SupplyTech) team builds and operates extensible services that empower 1P publishers to improve both their monetization and customer experience. We deliver billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily and are breaking fresh ground to create world-class products. SupplyTech seeks a seasoned contributor to join the team as a Sr. Program Manager to own our Go-To-Market (GTM) program and provide business operations support. In this role, you are responsible for the definition and delivery of important programs aimed at optimizing the supply-side customer experience. You will identify and launch program tenets and success metrics, simplify current workflows, and templatize efforts to reduce ambiguity for internal stakeholders. A key area of focus is GTM, where you will be accountable for the mechanisms and processes that provide a foundation for successful launch and adoption of customer-facing SupplyTech products, features, and capabilities at scale. In this highly cross-functional role, you will lead and influence across product and business teams to meet your program goals.
