Must Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, active secret clearance, 15+ years of broad and diversified experience related to Owner’s Agent PM/CM services, Experience on major Construction or Renovation projects with constructed value over $250M, Excellent written and oral communications skills, Advanced leadership skills, Proven ability for managing a large group of personnel, Expert knowledge of standard practices for Construction Management, Demonstrated ability to assess risk areas and risk mitigation
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, TS/SCI level clearance, Professional Registration as PE or RA, Certification as PMP and/or CCM, Certification of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects (OSHA 10/OSHA 30), Certification of USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality management (CQM), Experience managing large programs using Progressive Design Build, CM at Risk, or other early contractor involvement, Experience with phased renovation projects of occupied buildings with historical implications

In our anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner’s Agent Construction Management Services including Program Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Progress Reporting, Construction Quality Assurance, Safety, and other supporting services to achieve program success. **What You’ll be Doing** * Establishes guidance, direction, and provides program leadership for Parsons efforts on all Construction Management activities. * Within our Authority as Owner’s Agent, advises on and implements solutions to Program level technical and contractual challenges to maintain construction progress of general contractors. * Supports development of key performance indicators for program success including safety, quality control, schedule and financial performance metrics.
