Must Have

Bachelors in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) degree, Certified Construction Manager (or equivalent). 20+ years can be substituted in lieu of degree., 15+ years with 3 of those years as a Senior Project or Team Leader or similar role., Must possess a current/active Secret clearance or above, Significant Progressive Design Build experience, including assisting customers navigate the process as an Owner’s Agent/Representative., Have experience on greater than $50M, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied complex projects over $1B in constructed value, Ability to communicate effectively orally and in submit examples of written reports and correspondence, if requested., Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, construction issues and brief clients and management submit examples if requested., Ability to independently estimate construction costs for changes, scope(s) of submit examples of material take-offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested

Nice to Have

TS/SCI level clearance is preferred, Professional Registration as PE or RA, Certification as PMP and/or CCM, Certification of OSHA safety requirements on construction projects (OSHA 10/OSHA 30)., Certification of USACE/NAVFAC Construction Quality management (CQM)
