Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) enables these businesses to hand over the heavy lifting of warehousing, payment processing, delivery, returns, and customer service to Amazon. Amazon seeks a creative, dynamic, and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the EU FBA team to drive transformational improvements in our fulfillment operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of how millions of sellers experience Amazon's fulfillment network while directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the strategy , drive product related discussions and execution of initiatives that reduce operational defects , Escalation management, VOS, Adoption , and touch entire seller journey and enhance both end-customer delivery experience and our selling partner experience across Amazon's fulfillment network. You'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to identify opportunities, design solutions, and scale innovations that deliver measurable impact. You will work independently with senior leadership visibility, driving complex initiatives that span multiple organizations. This role requires someone who can think big, connect disparate insights, and lead pilots from concept through to network-wide implementation.
