You'll analyze the business impact of these changes, create detailed project plans, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Throughout the day, you'll monitor ongoing projects, resolve challenges, and ensure all modifications align with our customer-first approach. You'll also spend time developing presentation materials for leadership reviews and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize our change management processes.
