What You’ll Do The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and deliver against business objectives. This role requires a highly self-directed individual who can build trust, communicate effectively, and drive alignment across teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program and project planning, including defining workflows, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation Drive execution across cross-functional teams, independently managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring progress without direct oversight Facilitate structured, outcome-driven meetings that provide clarity, drive decisions, and maintain project momentum Build strong relationships across teams, fostering collaboration and trust while minimizing friction Manage coordination with onsite vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and quality delivery Support initiatives across operational environments, including distribution, supply chain, and at times manufacturing, with involvement in site-related projects.
