Position Overview As a key member of the Operations Strategy team, the Program Manager will lead the DREAM program, driving cost savings initiatives across the North American Zone. This highly adaptable leader will translate board-level financial targets (the "WISH") into actionable category commitments (e.g., labor, scrap, quality, freight) and ensure sustainable realization. Because our strategic focus shifts as programs mature, this role requires exceptional agility and the ability to pivot to new priority areas as the business evolves. What you'll do DREAM Portfolio Management Strategic Allocation: Break down top-level "WISH" board commitments into target savings categories. Pipeline Development: Cultivate, mature, and track project opportunities through the intake process and ECHO Tracker management. Portfolio Analytics: Ensure process adherence and deliver weekly/monthly Standard (STD) reporting on portfolio health.
