Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 7+ years automotive experience, 5+ years program management experience, Tier 1 automotive environment experience, Manage multiple OEM customer programs, Understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and GD&T, Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Proficient in PLEX, Leadership skills, Organizational skills, Manage competing priorities, Drive results in fast-paced settings

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Engineering or Business or Program Management, PMP certification or equivalent, Experience with Power BI, Experience with Smartsheet, Experience with other digital launch tracking tools, Exposure to EV platforms, Exposure to next-generation vehicle programs, Familiarity with multi-plant coordination, Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
