You will drive programs, partnerships, and features that help us fully utilize the Amazon Alternate Channels partner network for Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Japan, help in expanding selection and growth of Amazon Partner across the country. At the same time developing and building capacities for innovative operational models that define Amazon's Quick Commerce strategy. Demonstrated ability to build operational capacity and optimize processes across multiple fulfillment channels while maintaining service excellence.This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including DS Operations, Field Teams, Tech team, Customer Service and Shipment Delivery support teams, finance, legal and PR teams. The ability to influence others without authority and speed to execution will be critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of successful stakeholder management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, Bias for Action, Deliver Results and Earn Trust will be essential to your success
