Perform production related task per appropriate procedure, Verify all entries were documented correctly, Execute Batch/Code changes, Perform required quality checks per appropriate Packing SOP, Document results in Assemble Pack or appropriate batch documents, Perform equipment Pre-Flight checks, Monitor all line equipment operations, Optimize line performance, Ensure assigned Preventative Maintenance task is completed on time, Document equipment issues in Virtual Maintenance, Document equipment adjustments in the Batch Maintenance of Major Equipment, Perform the job duties of other line personnel while relieving for breaks, Communicate with the Filling Line when situations arise that may affect quality, process scrap and/or daily production, Maintain the Packing area in an audit ready state, Verify all cleaning is completed per area standard work manual, Notify supervision and take appropriate action when a safety, quality, mechanical or personnel issue is identified immediately upon detection, Complete monthly inventory counts on corrugate and direction sheet materials, Document daily production and equipment issues in shift notes, Enter daily production, labor hours, and verified entries for accuracy into the appropriate computer management system, Document information on the Packing Worksheet
What You'll Do.
Assure line is set up with proper materials
Verify batch documents are correct per filling schedule
Maintain documents inside appropriate batch folder
Load and replenish production supplies
Determine staffing requirements to meet production schedule
Adjust staffing accordingly throughout the shift
Initiate batch and exception documents
Execute sublots when assigned
Perform required quality checks per appropriate Packing SOP
Perform equipment Pre-Flight checks
Perform Daily Walk-Arounds
Monitor all line equipment operations
Optimize line performance
Ensure assigned Preventative Maintenance task for line equipment
Support Production Technician 2 on departments PM tasks
Document equipment issues in Virtual Maintenance for production
Document equipment adjustments in the Batch Maintenance of
Perform the job duties of other line personnel
Support batch change process on other lines
Communicate with the Filling Line when situations arise
Maintain the Packing area in an audit ready
