The Production Supervisor leads assigned production line(s), ensuring efficient daily operations and optimal productivity. This role coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to achieve effective product assembly and on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, traceability, and full compliance with the Quality Management System. The supervisor also fosters a safe work environment and drives continuous improvement through innovative solutions to meet operational goals. **** **What You’ll Do** * Implements and manages a staffing plan by identifying resources requirements, writing justifications for additional personnel, obtaining approval for changes, and coordinating the selection process
