Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or technical field, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, Experience troubleshooting technical systems or managing complex analytical tools and models in production environments, Experience applying statistical models at scale, Experience developing automated analytical or planning systems, Working knowledge of statistical analysis and quantitative modeling techniques, Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, Prioritize competing demands, Deliver measurable results
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL, Experience with programming languages, Experience with Excel VBA, Experience defining, tracking, and evolving performance metrics and KPIs, Experience conducting financial, operational, or other advanced quantitative analyses, Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, Experience in operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain environments
