Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent, Proficiency in Windows application (Word and Access), Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters, Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes, Willing work on flexible schedule and can render OT on the holiday
What You'll Do.
Ensure processes are documented and followed
Convert data to IQVIA standard format
Process received files using IQVIA applications
Oversee quality assurance testing
Complete QC-related production tasks
Conduct checks to capture data anomaly
Maintain data quality by analyzing reports
Perform data checks by analyzing results and trends
Provide impact analysis of data corrections
Communicate routine database processes
Serve as subject resource on production area
Review problems arising during process
Communicate with other departments/functions
Escalate issues requiring second-level support
Provide input for new system development
Contribute on identifying process improvement opportunities
Perform functions as directed by Manager
