Nice to Have
8+ years of relevant experience in a quality, test, new product development, or other engineering role, Field Data Analysis, Experience with new product development process, Experience designing tests to validate product or assembly function and/or reliability, Experience in creating or specifying automation of tests, Exposure to a manufacturing environment, Experience with statistical analysis tools, Exposure to or Experience Performing Hands-on Failure analysis work, Application of Python, Command line, Power BI, SQL, Ability to continually enhance data collection procedures, Excellent problem-solving and analytical experience with root cause analysis methods, Solid understanding of multiple manufacturing/fabrication methods and limitations, Effective interpersonal skills, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, Experience interacting with customers

Support New Product Development
Develop new or update existing procedures for lab testing
Analyze product or components that have failed
Engage with project teams
Write thorough and concise tests
Work with Data Science team
Develop predictive models
Enhance data collection procedures
Identify opportunities to improve product reliability
